Panels

The Center frequently holds panels for the discussion of current and substantive business or business law-related questions, as well as career development topics. Speakers include policymakers, faculty of the Law School and other universities, prominent practitioners and members of the business community, and members of the judiciary. The Center also co-sponsors panels arranged by student organizations, such as the Yale Journal on Regulation (JREG) or Yale Law and Business Society (YLBS). For co-sponsored panels, the Center primarily provides funding.

Hilibrand Series on Contemporary Issues in White Collar Practice

On March 12, 2024, the Center continued the Hilibrand Series on Contemporary Issues in White Collar Practice, by sponsoring its second panel on cryptocurrency enforcement. Entitled Government Enforcement in the Cryptocurrency Arena: Where Do Things Stand?, the panel featured:

On March 27, 2024, the Center hosted a conversation between Fiona Scott Morton, Theodore Nierenberg Professor of Economics, Yale School of Management and Jonathan Baker, Professor of Law Emeritus, Washington College of Law, American University, entitled An Assessment of Recent U.S. Antitrust Enforcement: Goals, Tools, and Decisions.

The Thurman Arnold Project at Yale co-sponsored the conversation.
